Wallet balance

Any unused wallet funds can be refunded on request — paid out in the original cryptocurrency to an address you supply — as long as that balance hasn't gone toward a purchase. Network fees may be subtracted.

7-day replacement guarantee

A 7-day replacement guarantee comes standard with every number. If your number falls short — say WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Facebook, or another app or site won't accept it, or verification codes never show up — swap it for a fresh number in the same country at no charge, with a single click on that number's page in your dashboard. You get up to 2 free swaps per number within 7 days of purchase, regardless of whether it's already been used. The replacement number inherits the same paid-until date.

Unhappy with your number for whatever reason? You can claim a complete refund within 7 days of buying it — no explanation needed — as long as it hasn't carried a single call or SMS, inbound or outbound. After 7 days or after use

Once the 7-day window closes, or the moment the number has sent or received any call or SMS, the rental fee for that term stops being refundable. The money-back guarantee does not extend to renewals.

Numbers we cannot deliver

Should we fail to activate a number you've already paid for, the entire amount is sent back to your wallet automatically.
