0. Who we are

SMS Conecta Dialer is run by SMSConecta Inc., a Wyoming corporation operating since 2016, registered at 37 Begonia St, Casper, WY 82604, United States. These Terms form the agreement between you and SMSConecta Inc.

1. The service

SMS Conecta Dialer ("we", "us") offers genuine phone numbers across 181 countries, bundled with SMS, voice calling, SIP connectivity, call forwarding and other related tools ("the Service"). Creating an account means you accept these Terms.

2a. Plan allowances

Each number comes with unlimited inbound SMS, unlimited inbound calls, plus 500 outbound SMS and 1,000 outbound minutes every calendar month. Any unused outbound allowance is lost at month's end. "Unlimited" applies to ordinary personal and business usage and remains subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Your account

A valid email address is required, and you must keep your login credentials safe. You bear responsibility for everything that happens under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Numbers

Your number can be kept indefinitely as long as it is renewed on time. Numbers are leased for whichever billing term you select and remain owned by the underlying carrier. Certain countries may ask for extra information before a number can go live. If a carrier pulls back a number, we may have to swap it out; when that happens, we'll offer a replacement or credit the amount to your wallet.

4. Payments & wallet

All prices are quoted in USD. You can pay using supported cryptocurrencies or your prepaid wallet funds. Crypto payments need to be sent on precisely the correct network and for the exact amount displayed. Sending funds on the wrong network or in the wrong asset type may result in permanent loss.

5. Renewals

At the end of each billing term, auto-renew deducts the fee from your wallet. Should a renewal charge fail, the number enters a 7-day grace period before being suspended and then released.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful robocalls, or any other illegal purpose. Full details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Availability

While we strive for strong uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. The Service does not support emergency calling — never depend on it for emergency calls.

8. Liability

Where the law allows, our maximum total liability is capped at whatever amount you paid us during the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

These Terms may be revised by us from time to time. Carrying on using the Service after any revision means you've accepted the new version.
